Doesn't this happen to you, too? Work hard on a project, polish it up and look proudly at it.
And then another inspiration strikes. Sigh.
So I might as well throw my 11th Most Wanted Business out to see what everyone thinks of it. My Top 10 picks follow the readers' Top 10 Most Wanted Businesses in the current Fort Wayne Monthly, available on newsstands now and already in subscribers' hands.
I think Squealers Award Winning Barbecue should be here, too. Founder Jeff Yater is a Fort Wayne native, who honed his barbecue skills on the competitive circuit with his father Ron and established his first restaurant in Mooresville, south of Indy. Now there's a second Squealers on West 86th Street in Indy (convenient for stopping at Trader Joe's, too!). The food is beyond good, but all you can get in Fort Wayne is the sauce at Jamison's. The sauce is great, but I want the meat, too. And Squealers has created a franchising process. All we need is someone here to take the opportunity.
Any takers?

Fort Wayne really needs a Squealers! Their Saint Louis style ribs and pulled pork nachos are awesome. Bring on the Squealers! We need a great BBQ place.
Looking for great BBQ in Fort Wayne - Have you tried Ziffle's?
It's locally owned (in Gerogetown) and it's amazing.
